This system is generally composed of three main components:
Desbobinador: The decoiler’s role is to uncoil the metal material (usually large coils) from the reel, transforming it into a straight strip of metal.
Straightener: The straightener’s function is to flatten the metal strip by passing it through a series of rollers (usually a multi-roll structure), eliminating any bends or distortions created during the coiling process.
Feeder: The feeder is responsible for accurately feeding the already uncoiled and straightened metal strip into the next production stage, such as stamping, laser cutting, or welding.
There are two expansion types: Hydraulic Expansion and Manual Expansion.
Hydraulic Expansion (e.g., AEK NC1 series) is ideal for heavy-duty and large coils, offering easy operation.
Manual Expansion (e.g., some AEK NC2 models) is suitable for lighter coils and is more cost-effective.
The feeder is equipped with a high-precision servo motor, achieving a feeding accuracy of ≤±0.2mm, making it ideal for precision stamping production.
The feeding speed varies by model:
