Features of heavy-duty double-head hydraulic decoiler
- The AEK heavy-duty double-head hydraulic uncoiler has fast and easy material loading, and adopts a new rotary box structure, a more precise and more stable brake device, which makes it easier to alternately unwind and load materials, ensuring efficient and stable unwinding without stopping.
- By setting a mandrel in the main shaft and an expansion unwinding mechanism outside the main shaft, the mandrel of the material rack is driven to move through the hydraulic station, the movement of the mandrel drives the movement of the slide support, and the movement of the slide support drives the support tile to expand outward, thereby providing expansion force. When the expansion force is not needed, the mandrel is moved in the opposite direction, so that the support tile shrinks inward.
- A brake device with a more precise structure and better stability is adopted. The new brake device consists of a moving ring, a brake ring made of damping material fixed to one side of the moving ring, and an adjusting handwheel.
- The adjusting handwheel passes through the supporting shaft and is connected to the moving ring by a thread.
- The brake ring is in embracing contact with the main shaft. The position of the moving ring can be adjusted by turning the adjusting handwheel, thereby adjusting the friction force of the brake ring on the main shaft to change the unwinding speed of the material rack and ensure the stability of the unwinding.
- The structure is ingenious, and a sufficient expansion force can be provided through the hydraulic station. The device has good stability and is easy to control.
- The new rotary box structure is adopted, the height of the rotary box is relatively high, and the bearings are respectively arranged between the upper and lower ends of the rotary box and the rotating shaft, which improves the stability of the rotary box during rotation.
