work process

1. Refueling: Open the oil filter cover, add No. 46 hydraulic oil, the amount of oil should exceed two-thirds of the oil level, and it is best to fill it up completely if possible.
2. Power on: three live wires, note that there is no ground wire.
3. Add water to cutting fluid: the ratio is 1:50 until it is full.
4. Install the saw blade: first remove the pressure cover counterclockwise, install the saw blade, and pay attention to the teeth facing up. After installation, lock it with the cover, tighten it clockwise, and install the saw blade cover.
5. Start the machine: Turn on the machine switch, the start light comes on, click the start light, and start the machine. Check whether the oil pump is absorbing oil. If not, arbitrarily switch two live wires. Adjust the feed speed to 2.5. After getting familiar with the machine, you can adjust it yourself later.
